Collaborating with EngineerIT

What to expect

Identification of needs

In our initial dialogue, we discuss the project and help you identify the specific automation engineering skills necessary. We discuss the start and duration of the project, the number of people needed etc. This is also where we tell you if we are not, in fact, the right fit for the project. We only accept the projects that we know we have the skills, experience and time to deliver in a quality we can vouch for.

Quote

Once we have understood your requirements and agreed on the scope and duration of the project, you will receive a quote from us within the agreed deadline with the CVs of suitable consultants for the project.

Meeting the consultant(s)

Setting the right team for a project is not just about skills, but about a good personal match. To ensure you and the consultant(s) start off on the right foot, we set up a meeting between you.

Quote acceptance

If you accept the quote and the consultant, we sign the deal, and the consultant starts on the project on the agreed date.

Continuous evaluation

We follow up with you and the consultant regularly to discuss the collaboration and ensure that it meets the expectations of both parties.

Debriefing report and final evaluation

To share the learnings we have accumulated during the project with your organisation, we write a debriefing report and evaluate the process with you
